Sophos Wholesale is not a sale and returns company therefore if you consider any of your goods not to be by your order or they are unsatisfactory for any reason, please advise us immediately via the sales office: 01572 824333. If we are at fault carriage will be refunded and prompt adjustments made.

Please note: No returned goods will be accepted without our prior consent. No claim will be entertained unless advised within 14 days of the invoice date.
